Patrick Scott

Wildlife Biologist

Patrick Scott joined Terra Verde in 2019 as a wildlife biologist. He has over 10 years of experience conducting rare and endangered species surveys, habitat assessments, environmental impact analysis, and biological compliance monitoring.

Specializing in mammalogy, Patrick has trapped and processed San Joaquin kit fox, San Nicolas Island fox, and giant kangaroo rat. He has also been approved by state and federal agencies as a Qualified Biologist and/or Monitor for projects with potential impacts to blunt-nosed leopard lizard, California red-legged frog, California tiger salamander, desert tortoise, Swainson’s hawk, and various other special-status species found along the Central Coast.

Patrick achieved a M.S. degree in Environmental Science from Southern Cross University, Australia and a B.S. degree in Biology from Mount Allison University, Canada.
